Shop Payouts

How your shop earnings accumulate on shop.vyete.com and how to set up payout details.

Your shop earns revenue for every order that reaches DELIVERED status. Earnings accumulate in your shop account and are paid out according to Vyete's payout schedule via bank transfer or mobile money.

Steps

View your earnings

In your shop management console, click Finance (or Analytics → Finance) in the sidebar. This screen shows your total earnings, pending payouts, and payout history, broken down by order and time period.

Add your payout details

Go to /settings and open the Payouts section. Add your bank account details or mobile money number (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, etc.) where you want to receive payments.

Understand the payout schedule

Payouts are processed by Vyete's payment service on a regular schedule. Earnings from DELIVERED orders accumulate throughout the period, and payouts are disbursed according to the cycle shown in your Finance section.

Receive your payout

When a payout is processed, the funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account or mobile money wallet. You'll receive a notification when the transfer is complete.

Note

Only orders with a final status of DELIVERED generate earnings. Orders that are CANCELLED or still in progress do not contribute to your payout balance.

Warning

Payout details must be verified before any disbursement can be made. Make sure the bank account or mobile number you add is correct — incorrect details can delay your payout.

Common questions

Q: When will I receive my first payout?

A: Your first payout is processed after the first completed payout cycle following your first DELIVERED order. Check the Finance section of your shop console for the next scheduled payout date.

Q: Why is there a difference between my total earnings and my payout amount?

A: Vyete deducts its service commission from your gross earnings before disbursement. The Finance section breaks down gross earnings, commission, and net payout for full transparency.
