Create a Campaign
How to create a new marketing campaign for your brand on brand.vyete.com and submit it for admin approval.
Brand campaigns on Vyete go through a creation wizard and require admin approval before going live. Once approved, the campaign activates automatically on its scheduled start date.
Steps
Go to Campaigns — New
In your brand management console, click Campaigns in the sidebar, then click New Campaign to open the campaign creation wizard at /brands/[brandId]/campaigns/new.
Choose a campaign type
Select one of four campaign types:
- AWARENESS — broad reach to introduce your brand to new audiences
- CONVERSION — targeted at users likely to make a purchase
- RETARGETING — shown to users who have already engaged with your brand
- FEATURED_PLACEMENT — pays for a promoted placement on vyete.com (requires admin approval)
Define targeting and audience
Set your target audience parameters — categories, location radius, demographics, or follower segments — depending on the campaign type chosen.
Upload creative assets and write copy
Upload the campaign image or video and write the headline and body copy. Creative guidelines (recommended image dimensions and file size limits) are shown inline.
Set budget and schedule
Enter your campaign budget and set the start and end dates. The daily spend estimate is calculated automatically based on your total budget and campaign duration.
Submit for review
Click Submit for Review. The campaign status changes to PENDING_REVIEW. The Vyete admin team reviews and approves or rejects campaigns within 1–2 business days.
Note
The campaign lifecycle is: DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED → active (running on scheduled dates) → ENDED. Campaigns only go live after reaching APPROVED status and their start date arriving.
Tip
Save a campaign as DRAFT at any point before submitting for review. You can return to edit it later from /brands/[brandId]/campaigns.
Common questions
Q: What happens if my campaign is rejected?
A: You'll receive a notification with the rejection reason. Go back to the campaign in your Campaigns list, update the creative or settings as directed, and resubmit for review.
Q: Can I edit a campaign after submitting it for review?
A: Campaigns in PENDING_REVIEW or APPROVED status cannot be edited. If changes are needed, contact Vyete support or withdraw the campaign (if the option is available) and resubmit.
