Creating Adverts Within a Campaign
How to create individual adverts inside a Vyete campaign — choosing placement, ad type, call to action, and linking to a destination.
A campaign is the container that defines your objective, dates, and budget. Adverts are the individual ad units that run within a campaign and are what users actually see on vyete.com and in shop dashboards. One campaign can have multiple adverts.
Campaigns vs adverts
| | Campaign | Advert | |---|---|---| | Sets | Objective, budget, dates, audience | What users see — creative, placement, call to action | | One per campaign | One | Many | | Status | Draft → Active → Completed | Draft → Active → Paused / Completed |
Creating an advert
Open your campaign
In your brand management console at brand.vyete.com, go to Campaigns, open the campaign you want to add an advert to, and click New Advert.
Choose an ad type
Select one of three advert types:
- Display Ad — a static image or graphic banner. Best for broad awareness and visual impact.
- Sponsored Content — styled to blend with native content in the feed or on listing pages. Best for engagement without disrupting the browsing experience.
- Video Ad — a short video. Best for showcasing a product or collection in action.
Choose a placement
Select where on vyete.com the advert will appear:
- Top — displayed above the content grid on product, shop, and brand listing pages. High visibility, shown before users start browsing.
- Pill — displayed as a compact inline strip between content sections. Less intrusive, fits naturally within a browsing session.
Upload your creative
Upload the image or video for your advert. Follow the format guidelines shown — recommended dimensions and file size limits are displayed inline for each ad type.
Write your title and description
Add a short title and optional description. These appear alongside your creative on the ad unit.
Set a call to action
Choose a call to action — the button label users will see:
| Call to action | Best used when | |---|---| | Shop Now | Directing users to buy a product | | Learn More | Building awareness or sharing information | | Contact Us | Driving partnership or business enquiries | | Visit Website | Sending traffic to an external site | | Sign Up | Collecting registrations or leads | | Book Now | Promoting events or bookable experiences | | Send Message | Opening a direct conversation | | Download | Promoting a resource or app |
Add a destination link
Enter the external link users go to when they tap the call to action. This can be a product page, brand page, external website, or any URL relevant to the campaign goal.
Save and activate
Save the advert. Once the parent campaign is active and the advert's status is Active, it begins showing to users according to the campaign's audience and schedule.
Note
Adverts can be paused individually without pausing the whole campaign. Use this to rotate creative or swap out underperforming ads without disrupting your campaign.
Common questions
Q: How many adverts can I have in one campaign?
A: There is no fixed limit. You can create multiple adverts per campaign — for example, one Display Ad for brand awareness and one Sponsored Content advert for product discovery.
Q: Can I run Top and Pill placements at the same time?
A: Yes. Create separate adverts for each placement within the same campaign to cover both surfaces simultaneously.
Q: Does an advert need to be approved separately from the campaign?
A: Individual adverts may be subject to a brief review before going live. Check the advert's status — once it shows Active, it is running.
