Voting on Polls
How to find a brand's poll on Vyete, cast your vote, and see results once the poll closes.
Brands run polls to get real feedback from the people who follow them, on things like which colourway to restock or what to launch next. Voting takes a few seconds and doesn't cost anything.
Finding a poll
Open vyete.com and tap Polls in the sidebar, or scroll your Home feed: any brand you follow that opens a poll will have it appear there directly, alongside their posts and events.
Steps
Open the poll
Tap a poll card to open its full view. You'll see the question and, for closed polls, a "View results" link instead of a vote button.
Answer each question
A poll can have one or more questions. Depending on how the brand set it up, a question is either single-choice, multiple-choice, or free text.
Submit your vote
Tap Submit Vote. This button stays disabled until you're signed in and the poll is still active. Once submitted, the button changes to Vote submitted and your answer is locked in.
Note
Results (the percentage breakdown for each option) only become visible once the poll closes. While a poll is active you can see that others have voted, but not how the vote currently stands.
Common questions
Q: Can I change my vote after submitting?
A: No. Once you submit, your answer is final for that poll.
Q: What happens to my vote after the poll closes?
A: The brand sees the aggregated results and often shares what they decided based on them. Your individual answer isn't shown publicly.
Q: Do I need to follow a brand to vote in their poll?
A: You need a free Vyete account to vote, but you don't have to already follow the brand, you can vote on any poll you find through the Polls tab.
