Managing Delivery Requests
How to assign incoming delivery requests to your drivers, and how to create a manual request yourself.
As a carrier manager or owner, you handle incoming delivery requests for your business from the Dispatch Board, and can create ad-hoc requests manually when needed.
Assigning a request
Open Manage
Go to Manage. The Dispatch Board shows your pending request queue alongside a map.
Pick a request
Tap Assign on a pending request card.
Choose an agent
The card expands to show available agents. Tap one to assign the request to them.
Creating a manual request
Open Requests
Go to Manage then Requests.
Fill in the request
Set the requester type (Person, Shop, or Brand) and ID, the recipient's name and phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, package details, and how fast it needs to move.
Create it
Tap Create Request. It joins your dispatch queue like any other incoming request.
Tip
Use manual intake for deliveries that didn't come through the app itself, for example, a request taken over the phone or arranged directly with a shop.
Common questions
Q: Can I reassign a request after assigning it?
A: Reopen the request from the Dispatch Board to change the assigned agent if needed.
Q: What does "speed" control on a manual request?
A: It sets how urgently the delivery needs to move, which affects how it's prioritised in the queue.
