Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your Vyete account at id.vyete.com, including the 30-day grace period.
Account deletion is handled at id.vyete.com under Data Privacy settings. After you request deletion, a 30-day grace period begins during which you can cancel the request by signing back in.
Steps
Go to id.vyete.com
Navigate to id.vyete.com and sign in to your account.
Open Account settings
Click your profile avatar or name and select Account from the navigation.
Go to Data Privacy
Select the Data Privacy tab within Account settings.
Click Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of the Data Privacy page and click Delete Account. Read the information about what will be deleted and the grace period before proceeding.
Confirm deletion
Enter your password to confirm your identity, then click Confirm Delete. Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you will receive a confirmation email, and your account is deactivated but not yet permanently removed.
Warning
After the 30-day grace period, your account and all associated data — orders, reviews, saved items, following lists — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. This cannot be undone.
Note
To cancel the deletion during the grace period, simply sign back in to id.vyete.com with your existing credentials. Signing in automatically cancels the pending deletion request.
Common questions
Q: What happens to my active orders if I delete my account?
A: We recommend waiting until all active orders have been delivered before requesting account deletion. Any pending orders at the time of permanent deletion may not be fulfillable.
Q: Will my data be removed from Vyete's systems completely?
A: After the 30-day period, your personal data is deleted in accordance with Vyete's privacy policy. Some anonymised transaction records may be retained for legal and financial compliance purposes.
