How to follow your order's progress from placement through to delivery on vyete.com.

Once you've placed an order, you can follow every status change in real time from your myhub. A live map view becomes available as soon as a courier picks up your items.

Steps

Open myhub

Tap the myhub tab in the bottom navigation on vyete.com. This is your personal hub for orders, bookings, saved items, and more.

Go to Orders

Tap Orders to see a list of all your current and past orders, sorted by most recent first.

Select the order

Tap the order you want to track. The order detail screen shows a status timeline with the following stages: Order Placed → Shop Confirmed → Being Prepared → Picked Up → On the Way → Delivered.

View the live map

Once the courier has picked up your items and the status moves to Picked Up, a Track on Map button appears at the top of the order detail screen. Tap it to open the live map view and watch your courier's real-time location.

Receive delivery confirmation

When the status reaches Delivered, you'll receive a notification. The order detail screen will show the delivery timestamp and you can leave a review from there.

Note

The Track on Map button only appears after the status changes to Picked Up. If the courier has not yet collected your order, the button will not be visible.

Turn on push notifications for vyete.com so you get instant alerts at every status change without needing to keep the app open.

Common questions

Q: My order has been on "Being Prepared" for a long time — what should I do?

A: Preparation time varies by shop, especially during busy periods. If it has been significantly longer than the estimated time shown at checkout, use the Report a Problem button on the order detail screen to contact support.

Q: The Track on Map button disappeared — is something wrong?

A: The button only appears while the delivery is active (between Picked Up and Delivered). After delivery is complete, the live map is no longer available, but the full status history remains on your order detail screen.
