Understanding Your Ratings
How to view your own rating as a courier on Vyete, and what the breakdown and badges mean.
Your ratings page shows how customers have rated the deliveries you've completed.
Steps
Open Ratings
Go to Ratings from your profile.
Check your overall average
See your overall star average at the top of the page.
Review the breakdown
See the distribution across 1 to 5 stars, along with any badges you've earned and individual reviews left by customers.
Note
This is your own rating as an individual courier. There isn't currently a separate view for fleet owners or managers to see ratings across their whole team, each driver sees only their own.

Q: What affects my rating?
A: Customers rate their delivery experience after it's completed, factors like timeliness and care with the package typically drive this.
Q: Can I see who left a specific review?
A: Reviews are shown as part of your ratings page; check the page itself for what detail is included with each one.
Q: Do badges expire?
A: Check the badge details on your ratings page for how each one is earned and whether it's ongoing or tied to a specific period.
