Manage Your Brand Content

How to view post engagement, edit, archive, and delete brand content on brand.vyete.com.

The Content section of your brand console shows all published, scheduled, and archived posts. Use it to monitor engagement metrics on each post and manage your content library.

Steps

Open Content

In your brand management console, click Content in the sidebar to go to /brands/[brandId]/content. All your posts are listed here with their publish date and engagement summary.

View engagement metrics

Click on any post to open the post detail view. You'll see the following engagement metrics for that post:

  • Views — number of times the post was seen on a feed or profile
  • Likes — number of likes from customers
  • Saves — number of times the post was archived (saved) by customers
  • Shares — number of times the post was shared
  • Product taps — number of taps on tagged product cards

Edit caption or tagged products

From the post detail view, click Edit. You can update the caption text and add or remove tagged products (up to 5 per post). Click Save to apply changes. Note: the uploaded media cannot be replaced on a published post.

Archive a post

To hide a post from your public profile without deleting it, click Archive. Archived posts are stored in the Archived tab of your Content list and can be unarchived at any time.

Delete a post

To permanently remove a post, click Delete on the post detail view and confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All engagement data for the post will also be lost.

Note

Product taps is the most valuable engagement metric for commerce-focused posts — it indicates that customers are actively interested in purchasing from your content. Track this metric to understand which posts drive the most shopping intent.

Warning

Deleting a post is permanent. If you just want to temporarily remove a post from public view, use Archive instead — it preserves your engagement data and lets you restore the post later.

Common questions

Q: Can I see which products were tapped most in a post with multiple tagged products?

A: The overall product taps count is shown per post. A per-product breakdown within a single post is available in the Analytics section of your brand console, which provides deeper performance data.

Q: How do I see all my scheduled (upcoming) posts?

A: In the Content list at /brands/[brandId]/content, use the Scheduled tab to see all posts that are queued to publish in the future. You can edit or cancel scheduled posts from there.
