Manage Incoming Orders

Shop3 min

How to confirm, prepare, and hand off orders to couriers using the order queue on shop.vyete.com.

Incoming orders appear in each Sale Space's order queue (/sale-spaces → open a space → Orders). The queue refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. You confirm each order, prepare it, and mark it ready for courier collection.

Steps

Open the Order Queue

In your shop workspace sidebar, click Sale Spaces, open the relevant space, then click Orders. New orders appear at the top with a PENDING status badge. The queue polls for new orders every 30 seconds automatically.

Review the order and click Confirm Order

Click on a PENDING order to see the full order details: items, quantities, delivery address, and payment method. When you're ready to accept it, click Confirm Order. The status changes to CONFIRMED and the customer is notified.

Prepare the order

Gather and package the items in the order. While preparing, the status remains CONFIRMED. The customer can see this status in real time on vyete.com.

Mark Ready for Pickup

Once the order is packaged and ready for the courier, click Mark Ready for Pickup. The status changes to READY and the Vyete delivery service begins searching for an available courier in your area.

Courier collects the order

A courier will arrive to collect the order. Once they pick it up, the status automatically changes to IN_DELIVERY. No further action is needed from you at this point.

Warning

Respond to PENDING orders promptly. If an order stays in PENDING for too long without being confirmed or rejected, the customer may cancel it and your shop's response-time rating will be affected.

Note

The full order status lifecycle is: PENDING → CONFIRMED → READY → IN_DELIVERY → DELIVERED → CANCELLED. Cancelled orders (by the customer or by you) jump directly to CANCELLED from PENDING or CONFIRMED.

Common questions

Q: Can I see orders from all my shops in one view?

A: The order queue is per Sale Space within a shop. Use the shop switcher in the navigation header to move between your shops, and open each space's Orders tab to check its queue separately.

Q: What if I can't fulfil an order?

A: Click on the order and select Reject Order. You must provide a reason for rejection. The customer will be notified and a refund will be initiated automatically.
