Get Your Shop Verified

How to submit verification documents for your shop and what to expect during the admin review.

Brand verification confirms that your shop is authorised to sell a specific brand's products, and unlocks the trust badge buyers see next to your verified listings. Verification is requested per brand, not once for your whole shop — you can be verified for one brand while a request for another is still pending.

Steps

Go to Verification

In your shop workspace, navigate to Sale Spaces → Verification (/sale-spaces/verification) using the sidebar. You'll see the status of every brand verification request for this shop.

Upload your business registration certificate

Click Upload Document next to Business Registration. Select a clear photo or PDF of your certificate of incorporation or business registration. The name on the certificate must match your shop name.

Upload your government-issued ID

Click Upload Document next to Operator ID. Upload a clear photo of the front of your National ID or passport.

Submit for review

Once both documents are uploaded, click Submit for Review. Your verification status changes to PENDING_VERIFICATION.

Wait for admin review

The Vyete admin team reviews submissions within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification when the review is complete. The status will update to either VERIFIED or REJECTED (with a reason if rejected so you can resubmit).

Warning

Until a brand's verification is VERIFIED, listings for that brand's products don't carry the trust badge and may see less buyer confidence. Other brands you're already verified for are unaffected.

Note

If your submission is REJECTED, you can view the rejection reason on the Verifications page and resubmit with the correct or clearer documents.

Common questions

Q: What is the verification status flow?

A: Verification goes through: PENDING (not yet submitted) → UNDER_REVIEW (admin is reviewing) → VERIFIED (approved) or REJECTED (resubmission required).

Q: My documents were rejected — what should I do?

A: Read the rejection reason on the Verification page, correct the issue (e.g., submit a clearer scan or the correct document type), and submit a new request for that brand.
