Withdraw Your Earnings
How to add payout details and withdraw your courier earnings from Vyete Ferry to your bank or mobile money account.
Earnings from completed deliveries accumulate in your courier wallet inside the Ferry app. When your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout to your registered M-Pesa, Airtel Money, or bank account.
Steps
Add your payout details
In the Ferry app bottom navigation, tap Profile, then tap Payouts. Add your preferred payout method: enter your M-Pesa or Airtel Money number, or your bank account name, bank name, and account number. Save your details.
Check your available balance
Open the Earnings tab to see your current wallet balance and the minimum withdrawal threshold. You can only request a withdrawal when your balance meets or exceeds the minimum.
Request a withdrawal
When your balance is above the threshold, tap Withdraw on the Earnings screen. Confirm the amount and your registered payout destination, then tap Confirm Withdrawal.
Await processing
Withdrawals are processed by Vyete's payment service. Processing times vary: mobile money transfers (M-Pesa, Airtel Money) typically arrive within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
Warning
Make sure your payout details in Profile → Payouts are correct before requesting a withdrawal. Funds sent to an incorrect mobile number or bank account may not be recoverable.
Note
Your wallet balance does not expire. If you prefer to let earnings accumulate before withdrawing, you can request a larger single withdrawal when the balance is higher.
Common questions
Q: What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
A: The minimum threshold is set by Vyete's payment service and may vary by region. The current minimum is shown on the Earnings screen next to the Withdraw button.
Q: My withdrawal hasn't arrived — what should I do?
A: Check the withdrawal history in the Earnings tab for the status of your request. If it shows as processed but hasn't arrived after the expected time, contact Vyete support with the transaction reference shown in your withdrawal history.
