Courier Onboarding
How to register as a courier on Vyete Ferry and complete the 5-step onboarding process.
To become a Vyete courier, register at id.vyete.com with the Courier account type, then complete the 5-step onboarding at ferry.vyete.com/onboarding. The Vyete Ferry app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it on your Android or iOS device for the best experience.
Steps
Register at id.vyete.com as a Courier
Go to id.vyete.com and create a new account. When prompted to choose an account type, select Courier. Complete the basic registration with your name, email, and password.
Install the Vyete Ferry PWA
Open ferry.vyete.com in your mobile browser. Tap Add to Home Screen (on iOS: share icon → Add to Home Screen; on Android: browser menu → Install App). This gives you a full app experience with push notifications.
Go to /onboarding
Open the installed Ferry app and navigate to /onboarding. The 5-step wizard begins automatically for accounts that haven't completed onboarding.
Complete the 5 onboarding steps
Work through each step: (1) Personal details — full name, phone number, date of birth; (2) Vehicle type — select BICYCLE, MOTORCYCLE, CAR, or VAN; (3) Documents — upload your National ID (front and back photo) and, if using a motorised vehicle, your Driver's license; (4) Review — check all information; (5) Submit — confirm and submit your application.
Wait for verification
After submission, your status changes to PENDING_VERIFICATION. The Vyete admin team reviews courier applications within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification when approved.
Note
Vyete Ferry is a PWA (Progressive Web App) — there is no app store download required. Simply visit ferry.vyete.com from your mobile browser and install it to your home screen.
Tip
Have your documents ready before starting onboarding to complete all steps in one session. Document photos must be clear and fully readable — blurry or cropped images will delay your verification.
Common questions
Q: How long does verification take?
A: Admin reviews take 1–2 business days. You'll receive a push notification and email when your application is approved or if any documents need to be resubmitted.
Q: Can I start taking deliveries while my application is pending?
A: No. You must reach VERIFIED status before the Go Online toggle becomes active and delivery jobs appear on your map.
