Managing Delivery Addresses
How to add, edit, and set a default delivery address on vyete.com, and how your addresses are used at checkout.
Saved delivery addresses let you check out faster — select from your saved locations instead of typing your address every time. You can save multiple addresses and set one as your default.
Adding a new address
Open myhub
Tap the myhub icon in the navigation, or go to /myhub/addresses.
Tap Add Address
Tap the Add Address button to open the address form.
Fill in your address details
Enter the required fields:
- Address line 1 (street number and name)
- City
- Region / County
- Country
- Postcode
Optionally add an Address line 2 for apartment, floor, or building details.
Set as default (optional)
Toggle Set as default if you want this address pre-selected at checkout. You can change the default at any time.
Save
Tap Save. The address appears in your address list immediately.
Using a saved address at checkout
When you reach the delivery step at checkout on vyete.com, your saved addresses are listed for selection. Your default address is pre-selected. Tap any address to use it, or add a new one inline.
Tip
You can also reach your addresses from Settings → Shopping → Manage addresses as a shortcut.
Editing an address
Go to myhub → Addresses
Open /myhub/addresses from the myhub navigation.
Tap the address to edit
Tap any saved address card, then tap Edit to update the details.
Save changes
Update the fields as needed and tap Save to apply.
Deleting an address
Open /myhub/addresses, tap the address you want to remove, and tap Delete. Your default address cannot be deleted until you set a different address as the default first.
Common questions
Q: Can I save addresses in multiple countries?
A: Yes. Each address has a country field, so you can save addresses in different countries. Delivery availability depends on the shop and the delivery options they support.
Q: Why is my address not showing at checkout?
A: Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used to save the address. If you have added the address recently, try refreshing the checkout page.
