Managing Your Shop Pool
How to add shops to your carrier business's pool from the Owner Console.
Your shop pool is the set of shops your carrier business delivers for under a subscription. You manage it from the Owner Console.
Steps
Open the Owner Console
Go to Console then Shop Pool.
Look up a shop
Use the lookup form to check a specific shop's pool status by Shop ID.
Add a shop to your pool
Fill in the Shop ID, Subscription ID, and Plan ID, then submit to add the shop to your pool.
Manage existing entries
Use Activate or Suspend on any pool entry to control which shops are currently active.
Common questions
Q: What does adding a shop to my pool actually do?
A: It links that shop's deliveries to your carrier business under the subscription and plan you specify, so your fleet can be assigned to fulfil them.
Q: Can I suspend a shop without removing it from my pool?
A: Yes. Suspending keeps the record but stops new deliveries from that shop being assigned to your fleet until you reactivate it.
