Accept a Delivery Job
How delivery jobs appear on Vyete Ferry, what information is shown, and how to accept one before it expires.
When you are online, delivery jobs appear as cards on the map and in the Jobs tab. Each job expires after 90 seconds if not accepted, so act quickly. Once you accept, the job is locked to you and navigation to the shop begins.
Steps
See a new job appear
While online, a job card will pop up on the map and in the Jobs tab in the bottom navigation. The card shows: shop name, shop address, customer area (not the exact delivery address), estimated distance, and estimated earnings.
Review the job details
Read the job card quickly. The distance shown is the total route distance: your current location → shop → customer. The earnings shown are an estimate based on the base pay and distance bonus for this job.
Tap Accept within 90 seconds
Tap Accept on the job card to claim the job. You have 90 seconds from when the job appears before it expires and is offered to another courier. Once accepted, the job is locked to you — no other courier can take it.
Navigate to the shop
After accepting, the delivery status is set to ACCEPTED and the map shows turn-by-turn navigation to the shop's address. Head to the shop to collect the order.
Warning
Job cards expire after 90 seconds. If a job expires before you accept, it will be sent to the next available courier. Keep the app visible on your screen when you're online so you don't miss jobs.
Note
The job card shows the customer's general area — not their exact address — to protect customer privacy. The full delivery address is revealed after you pick up the order from the shop.
Common questions
Q: Can I see multiple jobs at once?
A: Typically one job is dispatched to you at a time. Complete or decline the current offer before the next one is dispatched.
Q: What happens if I accept a job but then can't complete it?
A: If you are unable to reach the shop or customer, use the Report Issue option in the active delivery screen to report the problem. Repeated cancellations after accepting may affect your reliability score.
