Brand Verification
How to submit your business registration and trademark certificate to earn the Vyete VERIFIED badge for your brand.
Brand verification confirms your brand's legitimacy on Vyete. A verified brand earns the VERIFIED badge on its profile, which increases trust with customers and shop partners. You'll need to submit your business registration certificate and trademark certificate.
Steps
Go to Verifications
In your brand management console at /brands/[brandId]/, click Verification in the sidebar.
Upload your business registration certificate
Click Upload next to Business Registration Certificate. Submit a clear scan or photo of your company's certificate of incorporation or business registration. The business name must match your Vyete brand name.
Upload your trademark certificate
Click Upload next to Trademark Certificate. Submit your registered trademark certificate for the brand name or logo. This confirms you have the legal right to operate under the brand identity.
Submit for review
Once both documents are uploaded, click Submit for Review. Your verification status changes to PENDING, then moves to UNDER_REVIEW when the admin team begins their assessment.
Receive the VERIFIED badge
When the admin team approves your submission, your status becomes VERIFIED and the VERIFIED badge appears on your brand profile immediately. You'll receive a notification confirming approval.
Note
The full verification status flow is: PENDING (not yet submitted) → UNDER_REVIEW (admin is reviewing) → VERIFIED (approved) or REJECTED (resubmission required with reason).
Warning
If your submission is REJECTED, you'll be notified with a specific reason. Return to /brands/[brandId]/verifications and click Resubmit to upload corrected documents.
Common questions
Q: Is a trademark certificate mandatory?
A: Yes — both the business registration certificate and the trademark certificate are required to reach VERIFIED status. A business registration alone is not sufficient.
Q: How long does brand verification take?
A: The Vyete admin team typically reviews brand verification submissions within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a notification when the review is complete.
