How to start a return for a delivered order within the 24-hour return window on vyete.com.

Vyete offers a 24-hour return window after your order is marked as Delivered. If you need to return one or more items, use the Report a Problem flow on the order detail screen.

Steps

Open myhub

Tap the myhub tab in the bottom navigation on vyete.com.

Go to Orders

Tap Orders and find the delivered order containing the item you want to return. You must act within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp shown on the order.

Open the order detail

Tap the order to open the order detail screen. Confirm the status shows Delivered.

Tap Report a Problem

Scroll to the bottom of the order detail screen and tap Report a Problem. This opens the problem reporting flow.

Select Return Item

From the list of problem types, select Return Item. Choose the specific item or items you want to return and provide a brief reason.

Submit and await instructions

Submit the return request. The shop will be notified and a support agent will follow up with collection or drop-off instructions. Your refund will be processed once the shop confirms receipt of the returned item.

Warning

The return window closes 24 hours after delivery. After that, the Return Item option will no longer appear in the Report a Problem flow.

Tip

Keep items in their original condition and packaging when possible — this speeds up the shop's review and your refund.

Common questions

Q: Can I return only part of my order?

A: Yes. In the Return Item flow, you can select individual items from your order rather than returning everything.

Q: The 24 hours passed before I could report — what can I do?

A: Returns are only supported within the 24-hour window. If you have a genuine issue outside this period, tap Report a Problem and select Other to contact support directly and explain the situation.
