Delivery Options and Live Tracking
How delivery works on vyete.com, including courier assignment and the live map tracking view.
Vyete uses a network of independent couriers to deliver orders. Once your order is ready for collection, a nearby courier is assigned automatically. You can watch the delivery in real time on the map.
Steps
Place your order and confirm delivery address
At checkout, confirm your delivery address. Vyete supports three location types: HOME, WORK, and OTHER, all managed at id.vyete.com/settings/locations. Your saved locations appear as quick-select options at checkout.
Wait for courier assignment
After the shop marks your order Ready for Pickup, Vyete's delivery service finds an available courier in the nearby H3 geographic zone. Couriers in your zone and its neighbouring zones (roughly 7–10 km) can see and accept your delivery job.
Courier is picked up — track on map
When the courier picks up your order, the order status changes to Picked Up and a Track on Map button appears on the order detail screen in your myhub. Tap it to open the live map view showing the courier's real-time position, updated every 15 seconds.
Receive your delivery
Be at your delivery address when the courier is nearby. The status will progress through On the Way → Delivered as the courier completes the drop-off.
Note
Courier location is tracked every 15 seconds during an active delivery and shown on your map. The accuracy depends on the courier's device GPS signal.
Tip
Keep your delivery address accurate and up to date at id.vyete.com/settings/locations. An incorrect address is the most common cause of delivery problems.
Common questions
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: Address changes after placing an order are not supported in the app. If you need to change the address urgently, use Report a Problem on the order detail screen to notify the shop and support team as early as possible.
Q: Why is the map not showing my courier's location?
A: The live map only appears after the status reaches Picked Up. If the status is still earlier in the flow, the Track on Map button will not yet be visible.
