Report Missing Items
What to do if your order was delivered but one or more items are missing.
If your order has been marked Delivered but one or more items are missing from the package, you can report the problem directly from the order detail screen in your myhub.
Steps
Open myhub
Tap the myhub tab in the bottom navigation on vyete.com.
Open the delivered order
Tap Orders, then tap the order that is missing items. The order status should show Delivered.
Tap Report a Problem
Scroll to the bottom of the order detail screen and tap the Report a Problem button. This opens the issue reporting flow.
Select Missing Item
From the problem type list, choose Missing Item. Select each item from your order that was not in the delivery.
Add details and submit
Optionally add a note describing what you received versus what was ordered, then tap Submit. Your report is sent to both the shop and the Vyete support team.
Note
Reports are reviewed promptly. A support agent will contact you to arrange a replacement delivery or initiate a partial refund for the missing items.

Take a photo of what you received before reporting — this helps the shop resolve your case faster.

Q: Will I get a refund or a replacement for missing items?
A: The resolution depends on the shop's stock availability. You may receive a re-delivery of the missing items or a partial refund to your original payment method, whichever the shop can fulfil first.
Q: How soon should I report missing items?
A: Report as soon as you discover the items are missing. The sooner you report, the faster a resolution can be arranged. The 24-hour return window also applies, so don't delay.
