Update Your Email Address
How to change the email address on your Vyete account at id.vyete.com.
Your email address is managed at id.vyete.com. Changing it requires verifying the new address with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to the new email.
Steps
Go to id.vyete.com
Navigate to id.vyete.com and sign in if you are not already logged in.
Open Account settings
Click your profile avatar or name and select Account.
Edit your email address
In the Account settings screen, click the edit icon next to your current email address. Enter your new email address in the field provided.
Verify the new address
Click Send Verification Code. An OTP will be sent to your new email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the code.
Enter the OTP and save
Enter the 6-digit code into the verification field on id.vyete.com and click Confirm. Your email address is updated immediately.
Note
The OTP expires after 10 minutes. If it expires before you enter it, click Resend Code to get a new one.
Warning
Make sure you have access to the new email address before starting. Once the email is changed, password reset links and notifications will be sent to the new address only.
Common questions
Q: I didn't receive the OTP — what should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If it's not there, click Resend Code on the id.vyete.com page. Make sure the new email address you entered is spelled correctly.
Q: Can I use the same email address on two Vyete accounts?
A: No. Each email address can only be linked to one Vyete account.
